Just can't say enough about Jodi. This is multiple transactions we've worked on together and she and her team are just amazing. Her knowledge about the industry saved us closing costs!!! Her team executed at a high level at every turn. We had an extrarordinary item (never want to hear a title company agent say "I've never seen that") pop up during this process that the team handled to perfection. So thankful for her experience, thoughtfulness and execution. And to top it off, she gave us a very thorough checklist about go-forward items that went well above what an ordinary realtor would provide. Highly recommend her!

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with Jodi as the other reviewers had. I did not feel like she listened, and completely ignored my request to list two months before she actually did. I believe this was in part the reason why my house was not sold as the Texas housing economy took a turn. Being an out of state seller, the communication fell completely short, she attempted to fix this via a weekly text. I expected more from a realtor, and have gotten more with previous realtors. I do not believe that she had my best interest at heart. The end of our relationship was no better when she delivered the key to the wrong house.

Melissa and Sherry sold our home in less than 3 weeks which was unheard of in our neighborhood during this time in the market. They were so prompt with getting everything done in time and communicating with our realtor in Nevada for a smooth transition with our move. They made this home selling process so fun and seamless. I would recommend Melissa and Sherry to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home!

Jodi went above and beyond to make our move so much better than we could have ever imagined. Her years of experience was very evident with all the twists and turns she helped us through to get our house finally closed. She is amazing and a wonderful person too!
