Great experience. Always checking in to make sure I had what I needed. Worked flawlessly with the sellers agent. I told Kevin what I was looking for, he found it, we made an offer, got under asking, instant cash flow investment property. Kevin not only knows what he’s doing, he’s passionate about it in a way that makes you feel comfortable and like he’s buying the home for himself. He performed multiple walk throughs, made sure superintendents made the proper corrections and repairs and even brought his mom to the final walk through, for sympathy I suppose 😉.
