Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about severe and ongoing noise disturbances coming from the apartment directly above ours. For the third consecutive night, there has been excessive loud noise and repeated heavy banging on the floor late at night, well past quiet hours. The noise is not occasional or accidental. It is prolonged, disruptive, and impossible to ignore. I am only commenting because I hope the government administration responsible for this housing follows the comments and cases that people submit. The staff in the office do not do their jobs and treat people with arrogance and racism. There are insects and many issues in the apartments that need to be fixed. Every time we request maintenance, they schedule an appointment and then do not show up. They keep rescheduling, and in the end no one comes. Whenever we try to speak to the office staff or call to file a complaint, they ignore us. You are not even allowed to enter the office to discuss a complaint unless you have an appointment. Even the apartments that new tenants move into are left with broken things that are never repaired. On top of that, people living in the same building caus

She is a very kind and respectful woman. A really good person with excellent manners and behavior. We recently signed a contract with her, and for now we are living in the house. We are very happy and satisfied. She is very caring and always pays attention to everything. We truly appreciate her kindness and support and are very grateful to her.

The place is good to live in. But the worker are ok. Some of the workers have almost no idea want they are doing, they never fix the problems fully and only make temporary solutions. But some other workers do know what they are doing and are able to fix the problem in hand.
