Do not even apply. First, the application fee far above the market average (3x) in this area. Second, if you start the application then choose not to go forward and finish it, they WILL SUE YOU for not paying and send the fee to collections. This place is highly predatory and if you give them an inch they will take a mile. These people are borderline criminal (maybe actually criminal). Not to mention the actually apartments are just disgusting, cockroach infested, trash every where, i wouldn't doubt that some of the buildings would be condemned by the state if they were inspected. Just avoid this place, don't even think about applying.

The display indicates that you have five units available. I visited yesterday and today, but the service was unprofessional. She( Bevely Avelar) provided numerous excuses and ultimately informed me that there are no units available today.

This place is horrendous. I cant believe why anyone chooses to live here. They con people by showing them a model that doesnt even look like where you'll be staying. Make sure you tour the whole place and even the unit that will become available to you before you sign! They've gone thru 3 cleaning companies and from what I hear they dont even pay their bills! All I ever see is furniture being dumped and now I know why, BED BUG INFESTATION! So be ready to throw away your furniture. Rats dominate the dumpster area so watch out after hours, they come out like armies to the point kids cant even play! Homeless people live in the laundry rooms and there is also hardly any hot water when needed and good luck with the heat coming up soon! Need I go on?!?!?!!
