It has been a great experience from the start. Marjorie Morales is my property manager, and she has been great from the start. She is always on top of things and very responsive. She is quick to respond to my questions or inquiries. She is also very good at providing recommendations. I highly recommend.

She helped coordinate and get us a brand-new microwave, handled our HVAC concerns quickly, and made sure mold remediation was taken care of thoroughly and professionally. She’s also just very easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s clear she cares about the tenants and wants things handled the right way. PPM was a very good company and it had very good people. Gloria Tarsia-Kaloz is a property manager there and has been my point of contact as a renter for many years.
