Stay away from this title company even if your agent pushes them, they are not straightforward in the transactions, and do not prioritize the interest of the seller/buyer who hired them.

This title company provides very good and personal services for settlement. They are attentive and prompt to respond to any inquiry from all parties involved. Professional and pleasant staffs make it a nice experience for home buyers and sellers. They are one of the top 3 recommended settlement companies that I send to my clients when I am being asked. The office is nice and updated unlike some other settlement companies that have old office odors when you first walk in.
