WD Housing

I have no complaints about my landlords. They are always quick to fix things whenever I call, and the rent is very reasonable. I’m happy living here and appreciate how well they take care of the property. 3 years with them 🙏🏻

Moved in to find Cockroaches. They won't treat the whole bldg and only treated my apt twice. Cigarette smoking allowed inside. Horrible handyman work or landlord specials (whatever you wanna call it) everywhere. The hot & cold lines are switched and I share a water heater with another tenant so if I take a shower and someone downstairs flushes a toilet I get scorched. Original outlets with 2 holes for prongs. When you plug something in it falls out. No screens for windows. Windows painted shut. Fire damage they won't admit to. I could go on.

Well I have to say I have never lived in Rome before..my home town could not find a place when covid just hit...I have had some bad landlords thAt don't fix stuff that's for sure....I went through wb Houseing and I can't really say anything bad I have called up with thing to be fixed and it got done .. what I think is if your show respect and work together .things go a lot easier.. and I never new anything about them before I looked the, up on line or friends with anyone that's worked ..I think there good people and they call u back and few things had to be fixed it was done no problems ..all and all they been good to me and my family and I have told few people to rent from them....far as landlord I tell anyone to rent from them ..

They are the best peoples I live here in my apartment for 4 years and never had any problems

I would never rent for wd housing again they are sum lords and they can care less about their tenants and the reason I know is because I rented from them for over 2 years and problems started after a few months after moving in first it was bed bugs and than a rat and 5 months ago it ended up with cockroaches. They talk about their tenants like we are the ones who do bad stuff when in reality they are the ones who don't care. It makes me sick. And we almost had electricity fire from outlet.
