Springbrook Apartments

Absolutely loved my time here. Best complex in Rome! Great amenities and the maintenance team is top notch. Quiet safe area, and neighbors are friendly as well. If I ever come back to the Rome area, I will move back here in a heartbeat!

Very well maintained and quiet. Property manager Jessica is fantastic as well as maintenance team. Nice pool, gym, and extremely clean laundry facilities. Wonderful place to reside.

I had a wonderful response when I applied. Jessica is an amazing lady with so much care!! I had a wonderful experience, moved in and I'm very impressed with the facility. I've had a few maintenance questions and they were handled in a very timely manner. Everyone on staff that I've met are wonderful. The grounds are kept clean and orderly. It's a very quiet community and so peaceful. I absolutely love my new home👍❤️

My daughter and son-in-law lived in two different apartments here -I already knew the amenities that came with the apartment so that definitely helped me make my decision to come here. I did not want to live in a place where I could not take advantage of laying in the sun because other places do not have the luxury of having a swimming pool. I would give more than five stars if I could. The staff…..they are top-notch👍🏼♥️ Thank you, Jessica, Donna, and the rest of the staff!!!!!!!!

Very nice apartments, quiet and well maintained. There is a good sized, clean laundry room, as well as a fitness room and pool. Maintenance calls are handled quickly and professionally, and all the staff are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.
