I have not worked with Miner Realty much directly, except for one phone call and one visit to the office to drop off of a check, but rather my husband and I worked with Amber Pirillo from Miner Reality to purchase the house we just closed on last Monday. Amber is a delight to work with! She went above and beyond to help us find our amazing house! When I needed help contacting vendors for some of the repairs, Amber jumped in, made some calls, setup some appointments, and met them on site for them to do their quotes/ repairs. We were impressed that not only was Amber extremely professional, she also seemed to want to genuinely help us. I called 2 weeks in a row as this so called company is the property manger for a duplex on my street. I would say they are more like slum lords. They rent to the summiest tenants ever. The turn over for tenants is unbelievable! I called requesting that the 4 cans of garbage left by tenats 5 weeks ago be moved to the street for garbage day. I was aurred week one it would be taken care of. LIARS....THEY DONT CARE AT ALL. Contious call backs advised there are now maggots and a foul stench week four. Now there are raccoons and skunks going through it and dragging trash down the street. Today AGAIN I CALLED in early am.. Advising my dog and i were chased and almost sprayed by skunks. They said it would be taken care of tonight as our street trash pick up is by 8 am. No one return call or pu

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I Paid the fee after inquiring about two different houses. It’s been about 6 months. Haven’t heard a word. I just remembered. Ha. Thanks for less than nothing. I literally paid for nothing.
