Griffiss Park Suites

Stayed here in an unfurnished apartment for almost a year with my partner. Great price and location. Management was always prompt with work orders or concerns. Personally had no issues with noise like previous reviews stated. The facility has cameras all around especially in the main entrance where packages are left. No issues with packages being stolen. The apartments are on the smaller side and the kitchen is one downside but is easily overcome with secondary appliances like an air fryer. I was weary at first with the microwave oven but it works surprisingly well for baking and makes up for the lack of a traditional oven.

I stayed in a furnished suite for about 5 months. It was clean and comfortable. The complex was quiet and well maintained. I’d like to say thank you to management for being quick to respond when there was an issue. I received my security deposit a little over month after my departure. All in all it was a very good experience.

Stayed here for a year. The prices are a bit high considering you don't get a real kitchen. Left due to noise and it was pretty easy to find cheaper and better apartment options. seems some of the tenants don't have jobs and therefore have the luxury of staying up all night and playing loud music. Besides that it could have been worse. The people who worked there were great for the most part.

It's a quiet place, but the rooms are small for two people. Don't get evicted. If you are evicted for ANY reason, you lose your security deposit. It doesn't matter if your rent is paid on time every month or not, you still don't get your security deposit back.

I stayed here for 3 months in 2015. It's pretty basic and understated. However, the rooms are very clean when you arrive, there is lots of space, and you will find extremely quiet surroundings. I was happy with my stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.
