It was shortly before Cathy, the on site property manager, assumed her current role, which gave me a clear point of reference to recognize the marked improvements she has brought to the property. While the gentleman who initially assisted me was kind and helpful, Cathy's leadership has elevated the standard of management in noticeable ways. I have lived at Wayside Point now for two years…I have never been one second late on my rent…so let’s get down to what my problem is…my apartment smells like very bad cooking every single day …I’m so sick of it… it. Comes through my vent…after all the emails about people and their dogs I wake up to people walking their dog every morning right the hell outside my window …dogs are running without a leash …there are so many dogs in this complex…don’t even get me started on the land scrapers…I never thought I would have to clean up leaves again…they are always blowing leaves on my balcony …for the amount of money I pay for my apartment monthly i would like to at least not have to deal with these things…oh and by the way…I’m the tenet that’s handicapped …I fell in your hallway…my back is still

For the price of rent, you definitely do not get what you pay for and they will raise your rent every year. There is absolutely no amenities for tenants and things are always dirty. The common areas and hallways are “cleaned” once a week but they are immediately a mess right after. Most tenants don’t care to clean up after themselves and maintenance doesn’t seem to care - there is still confetti from new years on the grass areas… The best part about this complex is the location and that it is relatively new.

Management is very helpful with responding to concerns in a timely fashion. Location is in a nice secluded area of Ocean Township, and the complex is kept fairly clean. Rent is a bit pricey, especially with start-up fees, but the apartments are modern and very clean upon moving in.

I found this hidden gem while apartment hunting so I stopped in without an appointment. The office staff was lovely. Kathy was so informative and helpful. She knew every detail about the property. Sadly I was looking for a one bedroom which they didn’t have available but I have no doubt it would be a great place to live!
