Worst complex ever when it comes to snow removal. It's the middle of the day and there are dozens of empty parking spots and no one is plowing anything. Giant mounds of snow are sitting untouched blocking lanes and making parking practically impossible while not one plow truck is even driving around. Yet they send emails saying they're working hard at snow removal. Not from where I can see. Lived here for years, this is not the first time it's been like this.

well once again this place wants to raise your rent without repairing anything because I'm not paying market value this place unless you knock it down and rebuild it, it will never be worth paying what they're asking for so do yourself a favor and stay away this place is terrible we're probably killing ourselves with all the black mold asbestos and all other issues this place may have.Your car will get damaged or totaled by your friendly neighbors who speed thru everyday some while texting. I lived here from July 2018-August 2022, I never had an issue living there and even when moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. I would like to think I was an unproblematic tenant I never had a late payment, minded my business, and I recommended other military members to the property, that receive housing allowance that would be able to guarantee on time payments. Yet when I moved out I had so much trouble with the leasing office, they were rude and unprofessional when I informed them of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) stating that I was allowed to break lease due to my end of Active Duty service. They strongly disagreed in a manner that was unprofessional and told me I had to pay for breaking the lease. Unfortunately, this had to be resolved with lawyers and their guidance

I had to write this review for the people that works hard for a living, maybe have to work weekends, overtime and pay full rent out-of-pocket and all you want is a spot to come to and relax and rest so you can get up the next day and do the same. I saw Jessica C review and I experienced much of the same and I'm a Man by-the-way so it doesn't just happen to Women. I also was forced out of my apartment due to a extremely noisy neighbor. Just like Jessica C, I complained numerous times to the office and even the police. Nothing was done except some "letter" that would be sent to the neighbor and she knew nothing would be enforced so it continued. Not being allowed to view the unit before signing is ridiculous. They really expect somebody to blind purchase? The virtual tour online cannot compare to what you see in person. When I asked why I cannot tour the unit, the person on the phone said because covid-19. Mind you, the peak of that pandemic was five years ago. The person over the phone said that it is now an industry standard to not view in person. Which is weird because I am apartment shopping and just visited six units in person the day prior.
