Talking to Rachel over email and the phone was an incredibly negative experience. Despite being approved for a one bedroom apartment, I chose not to consider moving there due to the negative customer service experience. If this is how they talk to me now I can’t imagine what it would be like once I were to live there. Stay away from this complex and most of all Rachel! If you have an emotional support animal good luck getting any guiding information on the proper paperwork.

I lived here 9yrs and The front office has been disappointing and rude ever since I’ve been here. They charge you and when they are wrong they give you a hassle and never apologize. I try my best not to even bother with the office. The best part is Maintenance, they are super helpful.

Thank you Brandon for installing my new oven range! He did a fantastic, clean job. I appreciate Jacob and the crew who came to remove the old unit, everyone was friendly and efficient! The new oven is a major upgrade from the last, thanks again!

Jacob is awesome! A real honest and reliable guy. His quick response only shows his professionalism and dedication to his work. Same goes with Isaiah. Keep it up guys!!!! 10 stars to you all!
