Twinbrook Village

I don’t understand the complaints here, though I think they’re probably all outdated. I’ve lived here 5 months now. Nothing about it screams unsafe to me… children are outside playing soccer all hours of the day & night. Whenever my packages arrive it might take me a day before I go outside to grab them and they’ve never been stolen. Once Amazon delivered to the wrong apartment and before I even had the chance to go searching for the apartment in the picture someone from the neighborhood was at my door with my packages. I haven’t lived here during the summer months yet but I can only assume it’s better than the winter months. INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MICE!!! Squirrels live in your WALLS !! JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!! BUT BE READY TO TRY AND KICK YOU OUT AS SOON AS YOU LATE ON RENT!!!! 🥴🥴🥴🥴 NOT A PLACE TO RAISE KIDS !!!! The park is a lawsuit waiting to happen !!!!!!

office lady is VERY rude and off putting- it was truly shocking how disrespectful and aggressive she was. literally snatched papers out of my hand bc she was questioning my family’s integrity in a very unprofessional way and I told her to please stop and have some proper etiquette. whoever owns this neighborhood, please consider finding a replacement bc she has for sure lost many decent and valuable potential residents bc of her awful demeanor and lack of courtesy. *don’t know her name but we came on Saturday April 5, around 2:10 pm*

Decent apartment and the price is not bad for this area. Parking lot could be cleaner but it not their fault but the people who live around and leave trash around. Also, you will have to call maintenance multiple times in order to get anything done. Went I got my apartment 2 years ago, some parts were remodeled and it looked good. We keep our apartment clean and have no major issues. We got a roach once, but put down some anti roach things and never got them again. We have never gotten a mouse or rat. It also all depends were your apartment is located.

I've lived in my apartment for 11 years. My neighbors are good. The recent changes in the laundry rooms are fantastic. The location is accommodating with so much close by. I've only needed maintenance a couple of times in these 11 years & each time they were prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The office staff has always been helpful. They, too, are professional & courteous. I enjoy living in Twinbrook. I hope to enjoy more years here.
