Nevins Real Estate Management is incredible. The staff is well informed, professional, friendly, and is very prompt in communicating with us as tenants. I really truly recommend renting from any property managed by these wonderful, hardworking people. Even more so, we recently had one of the largest snowfalls in our area that we haven't had in years. They brought in a legit excavator to clear out the snow, and their crew was out in the cold working so hard to clear the snow. We had a few issues with pests unfortunately in our unit, but NREM has been super helpful in hiring exterminators, and has worked to resolve this issue for us. Sure roaches are a problem, but you wanna know what's a bigger problem? Trying to figure out whether pop tarts have traces of poop in em or not. Other than that, waupelani lofts is lowkey the best place to live in state college. Shout out to my boy Arthur, my no. 1 toilet bowl cleaner OAT.

Based on previous reviews, it’s clear that the roach infestation has been an ongoing issue for a long time. Honestly, it's extremely frustrating for us tenants to clear out our kitchen drawers every two weeks for pest control treatments. It’s been a year now, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Each time, we're required to leave the apartment for two hours during the treatment — but where exactly are we supposed to go? We’re also constantly receiving complaints from management claiming we didn’t clear the kitchen properly, without any consideration for the fact that we’re full-time students with other responsibilities. We've made our own efforts to fix the issue by spraying our kitchen daily with roach spray. Yet, the management still blames the infestation on our kitchen cleanli

Brown cockroaches are everywhere. It’s nightmare! I felt like Im in the horror movie while living here. Don’t recommend anyone to move here until thy fix cockroaches problem.

Bit on the old side and carpets could use cleaning but there are large kitchens and living rooms . Nevin’s responds promptly to fixes which is great.
