Watts Hill Apartments

Watts Hill has been an absolute DREAM to live in. I am leaving Madison soon but have thoroughly enjoyed my near 2.5 years living here. Ilda, the property manager, made the leasing and move-in process so incredibly easy (especially as someone who moved here sight unseen from out of state). In my two years here there have been two very reasonable 5% rent increases (upon resigning a new lease). PROS: Garage parking spot included with rent, package room with cameras, each unit gets a storage closet/locker in garage, secured building with key fob needed to get in after hours, clubhouse and outdoor terrace on top floor, exercise room/gym on first floor, quiet neighborhood, located near movie theater, grocery stores, Target, Princeton Club, and West Towne Mall, easy access to the Beltline Highwa

Increasing cost of rent every contract renewal, takes an absurd amount of time to get anything from management (spare keys, key fobs, maintenance etc) and when you do get it, its usually given after multiple emails or conversations. The location is alright. Not amazing but not bad. Locked into one internet provider (TDS) with no choices otherwise. Hallways are kept clean, neighbors aren't noisy and parking is decent.

We have loved living here the past 2 1/2 years. Great location, very clean, and the most amazing staff in Ilda and J.P. who go out of their way to make Watts Hill feel like home.

We've been living in the apartment for a year and everything has been great. Clean environment and friendly staff.
