Watterscape Urban Residential

My experience from the minute my family walked in the front door was amazing. I have never had anyone stand up as we walked in the front door, it made us feel welcomed and that they cared that we were there. Lisa and Britnee were so awesome, they smiled the second we walked in and offered us a beverage. We are looking at a lot of other communities but seriously leaning toward Watterscape with the welcome we've received, and the community is beautiful and clean, which is important to me and my family.

I moved into this complex on November 1st so I've been here 5+ months now. I haven't used any of the amenities or attended any of the events so I can't really speak on those. My apartment was brand new/never lived in when I moved in which was great! I have a 1x1 on the second floor. I have a small balcony that overlooks a courtyard. There are ping pong tables, Bar B Que grills and corn hole there. The balcony is nice but so small. The outdoor rug I had on the patio in my last apartment is too big for this one. I have 2 chairs and a small table and they have to sit to the side in order to open the door. It's not the best design but I'm glad to have an outdoor space. I toured with Lisa when I came in. She was very welcoming and make me feel like she truly cared about finding me the right apartment. She tried to find an apartment that best fit what I was looking for. I really enjoyed my visit and I would recommended Lisa to anyone going for a tour!

I recently toured Watterscape Urban Residential in Allen and was honestly blown away. The community feels modern, clean, and really well thought out, from the curb appeal to the interior finishes. You can tell they take pride in the property. The team there is what really sold it for me. Every staff member I met was upbeat, professional, and happy to answer questions, and they made the whole tour feel relaxed instead of salesy. I left feeling like this is a place where residents are actually taken care of.

Very bad experience with the management of this building. They have no flexibility or empathy for tenants. Even though I tried to pay, they rejected my check without a clear explanation and then charged me excessive fees. The “late payment” was only one day, yet they applied completely unreasonable charges. If you don’t pay immediately, the penalties become extremely high. For just one day of delay, they give you a deadline and start threatening you with eviction. Communication is confusing, the rules keep changing, and they always say “it’s the boss’s decision,” but she never shows her face.
