Cortland Allen Station

Although I wasn’t able to secure a unit due to availability, I had a great touring experience here. Yami was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully. She showed me two different floor plans and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. The community was very clean, and I loved the pool area, gym, and overall aesthetic. The service alone left a strong impression.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! I’ve been here for 2 months, but the service before move in was exceptional. Kevin assisted me with my tour. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Kimberly assisted me with the application process and several other issues (she’s great!!). Shout out to Lady Martinez as well. The neighborhood is great, amenities are always accessible according to their operation times. Complex is clean (maintenance mops the halls weekly). This is great especially since this is a pet-friendly complex. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I have no complaints for the staff or complex and will find it hard to find a better apartment within the same price range & withholds the same excellent service. Only thing is I wish residents wouldn’t speed in the parking garage.

I moved to Cortland Allen Station back in September and have loved everything about it since! The place is consistently clean and has lots of amenities along with it. The leasing office, especially Kimberly and Lady, have been extremely helpful with my move-in process and making this place feel like home. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to any request. Lastly, the location of this apartment is very nice as it is located right next to highway 75. Additionally, there are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and furniture stores within 5 minutes of driving!

I moved here at the end of December after 30 years in a large house. Initially, I was worried about living in an apartment, but I honestly feel like I live in a resort. My relationship with Leah, makes me feel part of a family; she always greets me with a smile and listens to my needs. The community offers everything I need; the grills by the pool, where I love to make dinner by the fountains and relax with friends or alone. I also appreciate the various WiFi-enabled work areas and relaxing spots to go work when I just need a change of environment. The dog-friendly complex features a professional grooming area and a lit dog run, plus a nearby park for walks and play. The friendly atmosphere fosters a strong sense of community, making this a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend it f

My first visit to Allen Cortland Station was such a great experience! The place was super clean, the area is beautiful, and the vibe overall just felt really welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly, one of the leasing agents, and she was absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. I also happened to stop by right in time for one of their monthly events, which was such a fun surprise! You can tell the team really cares about creating a community where people feel like they belong. Definitely gave me that “this is home” feeling!
