Alleia Watters Creek Apartments

Would 15/10 recommend Alleia! The property manager Alyssa and the other leasing agents make you feel right at home. Not only are they just sweet and fun people, but they truly work with you to make sure you are heard and in the best spot possible. Additionally, maintenance is always timely, the hallways are kept smelling clean, and they overall property is very well taken care of (can't say the same about neighboring complexes). Can't say enough great things about this place!!!

First and foremost, The staff at Alleia is AMAZING!! You can't find staff like this anywhere else. Kali, Carlos and Alyssa are great. Been here going on a year and the move in process was easy, we just transferred units and Kali made the process wonderful! AMENITIES: LUXURY AND CLEAN! Maintenance takes great care of the property. The ROOFTOP pool and gym, the dog wash has everything you need.. ANNNNDDDD they host gatherings from Taco trucks, sweet treats and more for the residents. VIP treatment here at the ALLEIA WATTERS CREEK!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Alleia! The staff here are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. They genuinely care about the residents and keep the community running so smoothly. I also love how they organize events — it’s such a great way to meet neighbors and feel part of a community. Everything from the small treats in the office to the big resident events is always done with effort and good energy. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience living here. Highly recommend!
