Magnolia on the Green

The team here has been amazing! 🏡 We are new residents and Mckenna helped us tremendously from helping us put in maintenance orders to providing an outstanding 5 🌟 apartment tour which ultimately sold us on joining the community here! The maintenance crew has also been very friendly and completes work orders very quickly and efficiently which also contributes to many residents staying and having a great experience here! 🛠 The area itself is also really nice, everything is close by from malls, good grub restraunts like lazy-dog, grocery stores,specs, cabellas, and a huge trail to exercise on and take in the scenic nature. All of the staff at Magnolia are respectful and helpful. Particularly, Ronna who helped me out with a maintenance issue and came back in the same day. They were quick and efficient. Also, other staff like Mario P, Ashley and Erica have been extremely helpful with any questions or issues. They make the atmosphere here like a small, friendly village. Thanks!

I have lived here a little over a year. Little to no issues at all. However for a few months I had a big maintenance issue. When I brought this up to the management team, they handled it with urgency and most importantly believed me. They took care of a lingering issue that I was afraid wouldn’t go away. Both the assistant Manager Erika and even more so the Director Ashley was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better management/Leasing team. Again, they heard me, my frustrations, but most importantly resolved my issue and did it with kindness and in the end made it right. I highly recommend living here. These apartments are so beautiful and well kept/maintained. Units are modern and upgraded and thoroughly clean. Common areas are always spotless and you can tell they are cared for. It’s clear these apartments are very well maintained. Location is a bonus as you are close to just about anything you need! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a high quality, well kept place to live.

Absolutely love this place! Been here over 4 years now and I've never had any issues. There are strict parking rules because parking is limited, but I follow the rules and have never had any trouble. It's very clean and well-kept here and the staff are wonderful. Maintenance has always been an issue in my past apartments, but this place is different. Maintenance man, Mario, is very thorough and does a fantastic job getting things done quickly and correctly. I love the trails outside my door. I think I'll live here forever! 😁
