I had a great experience renting through Watson & Associates. The entire process from move in to move out was handled professionally and efficiently. What really stood out to me was how helpful Jun Heger was during the inspection process when I was leaving. Moving is already stressful, but she made the final inspection smooth and straightforward. She took the time to walk through everything carefully, explained what she was checking, and answered all my questions without rushing. I also want to mention how helpful the team was whenever small issues came up, including a few website errors I experienced. Overall, I had a very positive experience being able to move into my new apartment within about a week of arriving to Missouri. The staff was very communicative and was able to immediately respond to any questions. The only reason why I'm not able to give 5/5 stars is that, however, during the initial showing/tour of the apartment before I signed my lease, I addressed to a representative some uncleanliness issues in the bathroom and a broken window covering. The representative informed me that these issues would be fixed before I would move in. Unfortunately, by the time I moved in, these issues were not fixed and now I need to pay out of my own pocket to fix them myself. Despite this issue, the apartment was in relatively good condition and had been recently renovated.

I have been seeing quite a few awful reviews so I just want to share my experience to shed some light. I have been renting with Watson&Associates for 2.5 months. When applying for the townhome, they were extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The application process was extremely quick. When we requested a tour for the unit that process was also very smooth. Literally zero issues. Then comes the lease signing. We were coming from out of state and signed our lease digitally. Yes there was some stuff in fine print such at the digital fee, card fee, etc. However, that is expected with ANY lease you sign and it is the renters responsibility to do their due diligence and read the fine print. Their team was consistently easy to reach, handled work orders efficiently, and communicated clearly whenever any issues arose. The level of professionalism and responsiveness made living there stress-free. I would absolutely use Watson & Associates again and highly recommend them to others.
