MILITARY 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH $1,300 monthly in rent without calculating electric bill! This is not worth your entire BAH, trust me. After a snow storm here, Its clear the care from property management is absolutely ridiculously low. The sidewalks still have hard snow and ice which is a hazard to all the residents who use it daily. Not to insult their level of intelligence, but if someone were to slip and fall on that… property owners would have a major lawsuit on their hands. Next, they’re huge here on a “Gated Community”. However the entry and exit gates to the complex has remained open for days now, with the pad that is usually used to scan in and out to open the gate completely shafted off with THE ELECTRICAL WIRING EXPOSED. First of all, the water pressure in the bathroom is very weak and cold. Even if the apartment is clean before you move out, they will still charge you extra money on top of your deposit. They only care about money.

If you are looking for a place to live this is 1000% where I recommend! We lived here for 8 months and don’t have one complaint. The apartments themselves are updated and clean with tons of space. The amenities like the pool and gym are great as well. Any time there was something that needed to be fixed within the apartment the two gentlemen that do maintenance are outstanding! They were quick to help, respectful, and kind. Everyone that works in the leasing office is awesome. We will miss definitely living at liberty park!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’ve absolutely loved it! Extremely kind staff, an amazing property manager. Very considerate and compassionate! I would recommend to anyone in the area!! Clean and updated apartments, very quiet neighbors and pet friendly!

If you are in the military DO NOT RENT HERE! They are the stereotypical organization that preys on the soldiers. 1. NOTHING by FLW supports needing a “gated community” it’s just a feature to raise the rent to the ceiling. Within the past few years there’s housing complexes been built in the area that is way more bang for your buck. Lower price more square footage and no crappy management to deal with. 2. If you don’t submit the damage report within a month you take responsibility of ALL damages. The previous tenant submitted a report, they already know all these issues so why is it the new tenant’s responsibility to record damage they know is already there? They just throw away all the previous reports? It’s because they hope you’re too busy to fill out report and YOU pay for damages ins
