Listen, you can go elsewhere, but why bother. They have the most choices for apartments and are by far the easiest to work with, just don’t touch those people at pinnacle place with a 10 foot pole. But every interaction I’ve have with this office has been good. As long as you don’t have unrealistic expectations of what they are able to do for you, you’ll be fine. Solid folks, willing to work with you, and by far the most down to earth employees ever, it doesn’t feel like you’re walking in to Globo-Gym when you walk in their office.

I am an owner of a rental with Investment Realty. I had been with another management company in the area(Wat. / Exec.) that had basically run down my property, charged me to repair items that were never repaired all while taking my tenants' deposits for almost 3 years. I switched to Investment Realty as my daughter and her husband had been extremely happy with their service. After switching to Investment, their excellent maintenance team made my house look like new! Investment can account for every penny spent, and I dont feel like they are fleecing me or the military families who rent my property! I am beyond happy with Investment Realty. I wish I had selected them years ago. Emily and staff are honest, fair, knowledgeable, and professional. Just a great company to work with!

I purchased a rental home earlier this year and switched to Investment Realty at closing. The company previously managing did not have tenant keys or a security deposit on file. Emily took my call when I initially inquired and has worked with me through new leases, a move out (all her hard work prevented an eviction!!), a unit remodel, and new tenant.
