this place is a joke. ever since they took over loyalty ln in st robert the street has gone down hill. they do not fix anything in a timely matter & people are still waiting after 6 months of needed repairs that are safety & health concerns. they do not care of the tenants safety at all & rather flip empty homes to get rented. management tells tenants they are on a waiting list & of course tenants have moved because of managements lack of repairs which management has violated missouri laws

While trying to put an older home one the market, Stephanie quotes appraisal, then lowballs seller for the buyer and forces seller to pay buyers closing costs. She contacted my divorce lawyer to try to get him to force me to take the offer from a man who,( get this) was giving an offer but refusing to accept any and all counter offers. Stating," thats how we do it here". Very dishonest!!! She is out to make her sell. Then she shows up at my divorce to testify that I tried to sabotage sale of house when I said that I would turn down any offer that hinged on me paying the buyers closing costs! People, google this, sellers DO NOT HAVE TO PAY BUYERS CLOSING COSTS! Why are you letting her get away with this?

Update - It took them forever to get back to us on our move-out inspection and our security deposit. They actually missed the required 20 day window, per Missouri Law, and only responded to us when I told them I would report them to Fort Leonard Wood Housing services. Communication from them related to our move-out was sparse, at best. They missed their pre-inspection with us, as well. Per our lease, we had the apartment professionally cleaned. Despite this, we were still billed for clean-up due to "animal hair." This could have been resolved had they shown up for the move-out pre-inspection, which was scheduled to occur AFTER we had the house professionally cleaned. Be wary of renting a property from them. This agency isn’t bad to start, but wow do they screw you on the back end. I moved into a duplex for Engineer Career Course, and in the move in inspection there was notable (and recorded) damage to the microwave door handle. Two weeks prior to PCSing, the handle cracks and breaks off completely from the damage it already had, and they charge me for replacing the entire microwave. I called and noted the contract said that prior damage and usual wear and tear were at the expense of the agency, not the renter. After notifying them three times, I still could not get the money back, so now I am forced to go the legal route.

Terrible customer service!!! Upon entry no one was at the front desk and what we assumed to be the owner (We will never know because her only interaction was shouting from her office at us.) Was yelling to her employees to help us out. I'm not sure who we even talked to because no one introduced themselves. Employees aren't knowledgeable about the properties they manage and after being extremely rude and short with my wife on the phone we terminated any business we may have had with them. There were several properties we were interested in however, we will never do business with Eagle Realty Group after having this bad experience. My advice... seek out another realty company.
