Safe neighborhood, price is fair, and maintenance will come in a relatively timely manner. These are enough to keep me happy. These are “tin box” buildings so walls are extremely thin if noise bothers you. WiFi signal is poor whether you use the provided WiFi, or set up your own. FYI this location is technically not within Joplin city limits so you will not have free access to Joplin Public Library etc. but your address will still say Joplin That being said, I am happy to say my living experience is stress-free and I have a calm place to come back to with zero pest or plumbing problems. Appliances are all in great shape, first time an in-unit dryer actually dries in the first load!

Nice place to stay but the wifi is a huge issue here. It goes in and out all the time and barely works when it is running. Staff and maintenance seem like they are never around and the lady who rented my place was never in office. Thin walls so expect to hear neighbors as well.

Places are nice and new and in a great area. I would give 5 stars if there was any internet available here but since it's new nothing is available. They do however include many bills in rent, including dish and mediocre WiFi that you can use to browse the web. Dogs welcome, major plus but not a lot of space to walk them or take them to go out.

I have been living here for only a short time, but everything has been so great. They are very accommodating and quick to address any issues that arise. Would recommend to anyone.

My daughter son in-law & my granddaughter lives here it's expensive but nice duplexes 2 bdrm 750 month + electric not sure about other utilities
