In early 2021, I had a pipe freeze and burst. GWB “fixed” the pipe but did so in a way that diminished its flow capacity by about 30%, a cheap fix. They wanted almost $400 for a botched repair on one pipe. Accordingly, I paid them 70%, offering the remaining 30% if they wanted to come fix it right. They didn’t, not did I ever commission them again. Incidentally this winter, I crawled under my home to find uninsulated water pipes. The repairman had apparently taken insulation off to find the leak but didn’t bother to reinsulate following his “repair”. Doing so left me more vulnerable to freezing temperatures than before the precipitating incident.

They are excellent. Great service. Worked with me to get me what I wanted.
