My experience with PIC OF JOPLIN has been very, very good. I called to leave a maintenance request and Craig got back with me in a timely manner. I told him the problem I was having with my stove; since it was unable to be fixed, he replaced it. I also had a problem with my shower head leaking and he was able to fix it the same day. He even fixed my steps without my asking. He is professional, courteous, and trustworthy. Thank you, Craig.

My experience stopped after looking at a property that was clearly overpriced and underserved but the richest thing of all is they are so judgmental acting as if their mediocre properties are worth more than your time. Just hilarious. Good luck and Good Riddance.

I've been renting with PIC of Joplin for 8 years this March 2025. Lisa is the one I usually deal with & she always helps me with any maintenance issues that come up. I recommend PIC if your looking for your new rental home. 👍

Our family just hit our 2 years renting with PIC this month, and we absolutely love the ladies that work there! They have been helpful from the beginning, and whenever we have had issues or needed something fixed, which has been rare, they have taken care of us very quickly and efficiently! A big shout out to Lisa and Susan, you are amazing and we appreciate you both!

If your looking for a nice clean house to rent . I would recommend PIC of Joplin. The office staff are nice and helpful. If you have any problems whatsoever they will try to get them resolved quickly.Its really hard to find a rental company that keeps their properties up. pro l
