Copper Point Landing

The staff was extremely nice and made my transition to Copper Point easy and stress free. I’m thrilled with the price of rent and all the wonderful amenities.

Copper Point has been amazing from day 1 for my family of 5. We love the hardwood flooring in our 3bed, 2 full bathroom apt. It's open concept keeps it modern and still cozy for a family friendly feel. We recently made an at home office in our master bedroom since it's large enough to fit our queen size bed and L - shaped desk with 2 monitors so I can work more from home. The pool is a nice amenity for the little one's so we don't have to go to a crowded public pool. I like that it's attached to the clubhouse to make bathrooms accessible vs trying to walk back to your apt. We have used the shelter several times for inclement weather and in this area that is one of the main reasons we wanted to live here. There's always kids playing at the playground on site and everyone is super friendly.

DO NOT MOVE into this place unless you want no privacy and constant visitors in your home!!! (See below) Bit pricey for what it is. They have weird rules about not putting up curtains, and none of my kitchen drawers or cabinets have any handles on them. The door locks could be much better quality too IMO, and I had to add weather stripping around the door to seal it properly. I've also heard rumors of management walking in unannounced, but my lease mentions they will give notice in advance before entering, so it would be against the law for them to do so I would think. Overall the location is good for the most part, though I never realized how many trains come thru. The pool on this complex is ridiculous, it's TINY for such a nice apartment complex. Who ever owns this place really dropped

I was searching for an apartment for my 69 yr young sister and law and i couldn’t made a better choice for her she was excited just as much as the property workers Tracy and The VA Michelle. Thank you making her feel welcomed.

Very helpful with us moving! Always trying to help anyway they can! The apartments are big and beautiful! The pool feels perfect, the theater is awesome! The fitness center is perfect!
