Waters Edge

I resided at WatersEdge for 2 years and had a great experience. From the time I moved in until the time I moved out Tamika and Courtney were always friendly and promptly helped me with all of my needs. I lived on the back side by the coast guard and thought it would be a problem but it wasn’t at all. I still got the view of the water and some entertainment from time to time. I enjoyed the community of people here and all of the amenities that were included (especially the gym). When it was time to move out I received my security deposit back in a timely manner and without issue. I feel like there is always room for improvement with any apartment complex but I would definitely live here again.

I visited the building with hopes of renting. I was impressed with the tour, however, I came back to have my friend take a look and the building before I pursued the rental process. It looked dirty. A guy, I’m guessing an employee had a mop cart blocking the doorway and was rude about moving it. There were no wet floor signs as well. Beautiful property, but wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Tamika as my property manager, and I am thoroughly impressed by her exceptional service. Her attentiveness and genuine care for both the property and its residents are truly commendable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Her professionalism and dedication have made my experience as a tenant for the past 2 years remarkably positive. I highly recommend Water’s Edge at Harbortown for those looking to live downtown Detroit.

This place is amazing! I love the staff who are always friendly and professional. The fitness center is awesome, and it's only surpassed by the beautiful view of the Detroit River. The location is also a plus. I would give more stars if I could.

WatersEdge Apartments is an excellent place to reside. The apartments are upscale, clean with excellent security. Respectful residents, maintenance team is professional, grounds are kept well and above all, the office staff is wonderful to work with, not to mention the professionalism of the WatersEdge Manager, Tamika who is always available , respectful and resourceful makes being a resident a no brainer! Thanks Tamika, for being an amazing person but a true blessing to the everyday person.
