I had a fantastic three-year experience living in The Griswold. The building boasts modern apartments with breathtaking city views, and the parking situation is incredibly convenient, a rare gem in downtown Detroit. But what truly sets The Griswold apart is the exceptional service provided by Chantal and Terrell, the property manager and maintenance manager. They treated me like a member of their family, always ready to address any issue or provide assistance whenever I needed it. Their communication was impeccable, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about the well-being of their residents. This is easily the best management I’ve ever encountered in an apartment complex. If you’re seeking a downtown apartment, I highly recommend living at The Griswold.

have lived at the Griswold for about a year! Great experience from beginning to end! -- The apartments are less than 2-3 years old and all the appliances are almost new, - - Great location and nice views, -- You barely hear noises in your apt, -- Maintenance Requests are handled pretty quick, -- Common areas are always clean, -- Management and staff were responsive and nice, -- Never had issues with the elevators. There’s literally nothing to complain about!

I relocated to Detroit for work and have lived at The Griswold for almost 2 years. I absolutely love it here! The only reason I am moving out is because I am being relocated for work again. The building is so secure and as a girl living by herself, safety was obviously a priority for me. The location is perfect. Chantal is an absolute angel and has been extremely helpful my entire time living here.

My husband and I have lived at the Griswold for 2 years and it has been the best experience. Great location, convenient parking, spacious units, and lots of natural light. Awesome views if you can get a higher floor. Chantal and Terrell truly care about the residents - they have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and dedicated to resident safety/happiness. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live downtown Detroit!
