The Residences Water Square

I recently moved into the Residences at Water Square and can say that because of Josie, this was the most seamless and comfortable move I have had. Josie went above and beyond while touring me, signing me onto a lease, and always being available during the moving process. I have been here a month now and can say that Josie and the rest of the team are always there to help with anything and also be active in this community (movie nights, holiday parties, etc). I’m looking forward to the ease of living here and the memories I’ll make.

I absolutely love living at the Residences at Water Square! The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the amenities are amazing. The location is the best and is so close to my favorite spots! Definitely consider moving to Water Square!

From the moment she walked toward my husband and I to conduct our private tour, Kalynn carried such a glow of radiant hospitality and exquisite professionalism that helped us to know, from the start, that The Residences Water Square is the best place for us to call home. Kalynn, hun, you simply rock. While I have not moved in yet, I know that my experience is going to be very special. I want to especially thank Brian for all of his assistance with my lease. His service is first-rate. Anything I had a question on or needed, he was more than happy to assist. It evident that he cares about what he does….not just leasing apartments, but helping potential residents find a home. The company is very lucky to have him. I am most grateful and look forward to residing here. I will continue to refer others.

I just toured The Residences at Water Square, and wow, I’m seriously impressed! After checking out a bunch of other places, this one is hands down the best in town. Everyone I met, from the valet to the office team, was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The views are beautiful, and the amenities are amazing. I can’t wait to see if this could be my new home!
