This place is absolutely abysmal. Natalie is by far the worst landlord I’ve ever had. In the 3 years I lived there I never met the woman. She did a pre-move out inspection and had knocked down several of the vertical blinds on the sliding door. She also left both the sliding door and hallway door unlocked when I still had personal items in the unit. We lived on the first floor so anyone could just walk in after her walkthrough. Not to mention the absolutely terrible snow removal. They never salted the parking lot making it an ice rink. There are several elderly residents and this is just downright dangerous. This complex and the landlord are lazy and unconcerned with the safety of their tenants
As a someone who has been through college and graduate school, apartments have been a constant in my life for the last 10 years. This was the 5th apartment I have ever rented and it is my least favorite of them all. I will attempt to describe my experience here so you can make an informed decision on signing a lease here. I rely heavily on reviews from current/previous tenants before making a decision on leasing, so hopefully this helps someone. I have also attached pictures that depict the general state of the property: icy, full of dog feces, and dirty carpets. 1. Affordable for the area, however my rent had increased $200 in just 2 years and no improvements were made. 2. Parking problems-nowhere for guests to park if they arrive after 5pm. Very few people use their garage. 3. Air condi
I lived in these apartments for 2 years, and issues started before I ever set foot in my unit. When looking for an apartment, I got in touch with Natalie, and I requested (multiple times) to tour a unit/the complex. I never got a tour of any kind. The first time I saw my apartment was the day I moved in. Moving in was a circus all on its own; I was given a move in date....and that was it. No move in time, no coordinating when or where to get my keys, no scheduled walk through. I wasn't given a move-in time until less than 24 hours before the determined move-in time. I ended up calling a Fargo number associated with the property, and cried on the phone to a poor woman who ultimately couldn't help me, because Natalie would not answer calls/texts regarding the move in process. As mentioned be
I now understand the 1 star reviews. We have been perfect tenants, we even pick up litter and such around the area. They have raised rent from $1100 to $1300 on us in just two years living here. It pisses me off to no end. They also have this really nice guy ken who takes care of some things around here and he’s great. Leaving my previous review for reference: All these 1 star reviews are crazy to me. The property managers are super negligent, and sure the snow removal could be a bit better. However, everyone who lives here is a nice respectable person that I feel safe around. I don’t think the walls are paper thin. I think the layout of the apartments is awesome.
I'm going to add to these poor reviews. I did like the apartment I thought that was nice, but Natalie is by far the worst manager. I have never seen/met her, she doesn't answer her phone, and takes days to answer a single text message. I didn't even see her for moveout. When it came to move out... they charged me $100 to fix the 14 nail holes in my walls. No where on the move out sheet did it say they would charge. They charged $120 for carpet cleaning (which is standard for charging), and pre-charged me $70 for a 2 hour cleaning fee -- when they didn't even clean yet. This is after I spent 5 hours cleaning myself. And I've never been charged on a previous apartment for cleaning before. Once my initial lease was up, the rent went up twice within a 6-8 month period... and no warning on the
