If you can live anywhere else, do it. PACKAGES GO MISSING!!!! They ARE LEFT IN THE FRONT AND RESIDENTS STEAL THEM OFFICE WORKERS SAYS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE CAMERA IS JUST FOR SHOW IT DOESNT POINT TO ANYTHING - I SEEN IT!! Go here if you want packages stolen everytime From the moment I moved in, this place was a mess — dented front door, broken blinds, a dent in the window frame, and clogged sinks. I documented and reported everything immediately. Did management care? Not at all. Fast forward to move-out, and guess what? They still charged me for the damages they never fixed to begin with. The staff was nothing but rude to me at this complex, except Jean G. When I toured the complex, they showed me a very nice unit, but when I moved in, I was in a totally different unit. The floor was scratched, the walls were 3 different colors, my carpet was gross. There was always garbage in the parking garage. They told me I didn’t turn in a move-in checklist, when I had picture proof of turning it in. When I moved out, they told me I had 30 days to receive my deposit. They mailed it to the apartment address instead of the forwarding address that I provided. I had to email them on the 30 day mark to state that I was going to take further actions if I did not receive my deposit. Overall, it was a very bad apartment experience.

I've lived in these apartments for almost 4 years and the only reason I'm leaving is because Im moving into a house. The apartment its self (2 bed 2 bath) is very spacious and well designed. The hallways are huge and the elevator is big enough to fit a king size mattress which is so nice for moving. I've never had an issue with packages being stolen or bad neighbors. Any complaints I've had management was on it right away and took me seriously. I really don't have anything bad to say about this complex. I'd recommended this apartment to anyone!

Just about to finish my second year living here. When I first moved in, the apartment was oddly dirty. The bathroom fan had 1/4in of dust stuck to it. I tried to make a pizza my first day here, but the apartment started to fill with smoke as it preheated... because the inside of the oven was caked in dirt/dust! Finally, our dishwasher has been broken since October. I've made two tickets for it. Texted the maintenance guy personally. It's still broken. Now they want to raise our rent by $40/month? If the housing market wasn't so crazy, I would be gone by now.

Update: There is new management that are not easy to work with and rather rude. These are no longer affordable units as they hiked the prices. Wouldn't mind the price if they cleaned up the complex literally and figuratively. If you want that much in rent then you'd better make this complex safe and not open criminal activity happening daily. I like the affordable rent for a 2 bedroom 2 bath w double garage and the garage door opener. Also being pet friendly and management is easy to work with. Downfall is the undesirable people that are trashy and can't clean up after themselves.
