This is more than a year overdue. After moving back to Bismarck for work, I wanted to move into a place quick. That left out building a custom home, so I looked at existing new homes. I immediately fell in love with one that was move in ready in Promontory. Steph and Jason were excellent to work with. They made sure everything fit my needs and budget. Diversity has the best looking homes in town! Fast forward eighteen months later. The warranty coverage and level of care post-purchase is what I really want to point out here. Shout out to Seth, their warranty manager. I hear so many bad things from my co-workers and friends that purchased from other builders when it comes to those other builders fixing things or making things right. House had cracks in cement. Walk-in doors would not open properly & leaked water under door. Sliding door would not open properly(hard to open). Warranty Mgr came over with WD-40 & sprayed the sliding door. Then he came back & said he was not supposed to spray that on the door. Said they would replace doors, now won’t. Called parents & wife LIARS!!! Crooked!!!!
