We love our new custom home by Watermark. Brady and I did the "handshake" agreement the Friday before permitting the new development of Belmont Farms. We found the lot, now build us the home. We had toured many of the Watermark homes and their quality standards were always better than their competitors. We picked the model and the permitting and home building began with Brady not being a fan to a custom home. This is the Last one! We worked side by side with Christa and the subcontractors adding some new things to our home that the they hadn't tried before us. (PS Christa is just plain AMAZING). I wanted to share a quick note and not only say thankyou for building our beautiful custom built home back in 2012. I've been meaning to reach out and say thanks to you and your contractors for going above and beyond six years later! During the last hurricane Brady, the watermark team and Sandy Ridge were above amazing in making and delivering a power cord within 24hours for our generator! We built our home in 2012 and watermark were so accommodating with changes and still answer my call today if I need a painter etc. I would use them again and highly recommend Brady and the team! I still use their contractors today!

We built our beautiful home in 2013 and 5.5 years later, we are still in love with it as we were from day one. Brady, Christa, and the Watermark team were amazing to work with. This was our first time building a home and they made the process not only an enjoyable one, but a low-stress one as well. They walked us through each step of the way and were patient in answering our many questions and worked with us seamlessly with any change orders we added. I was overseas at the time and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with my wife in my absence. Almost six years later, they still answer our questions and provide any help within their means. We feel honored to have worked with such honest and trustworthy individuals in building our forever home.

My family would like to thank each and every contractor, the builder and all employees that took part in building our forever dream home. We are almost at the end of our one year mark since purchasing and we have nothing but good things to say about this company. They truly stand behind what they do and make sure its done right. I recommend this builder to anyone reading this. They truly have been great to work with! I worked mostly with Christa and she is the best and very knowledgeable about everything. Working with Brady has been a pleasure. He's one of the most honest people we've encountered in the building/construction business. We had his company build us our retirement home in Clayton, NC and it is gorgeous. We constantly get praise comments from visitors and people passing by. We took one of his designs and sat down and made a several changes. When we were completed, Brady said even if we didn't have him build this house for us, that he was going to build it anyway. I highly recommend him due to his commitment to quality and his outstanding honesty. You can't go wrong.
