The residency here is quiet and friendly. For the most part. The apartment complex has gone through a handful of "handymen" and the current unnamed handyman does not a people person and afraid of dogs. The manager April is very easy going and an understanding person. I would give this place a five-star rating if it wasn't for surrounding areas.

It crazy you have pay rent online rent due 1st but on app all show 00 how ppl post pay rent on line when don't show rent how much it so crazy how run like I leaving from hare it worse place live in noisy people and things that shouldn't be allowed out there

Because I was approved paid my deposit and then I get a call the woman told me that she is refunding my deposit because I call in said I found a place which was not true I told here that I was interested in why would I give you my deposit she didn't care refund me in remove me from the list this was Benson NC not professional at all.
