Benson Village by True Homes

I was looking forward to buying my home from True Homes. My wife and I were initially introduced to them three years ago when they started the first phase of Benson Village and I was impressed by their sales pitch. I put a deposit down on a property two months ago and I am here from New England this week to finalize the details. Everything I have asked for has either been a flat no or an upcharge. The first thing we were met with was an increase of $1100 for the elevation (model of the home) because they made a mistake and will not own it. This issue prevented us from being able to get certain items we really want in our home. The second issue has to do with handicap bars for the bathroom. First, they were unwilling to put them where we needed them. Not having them could cause me injury if

Closed on our home in Benson Village last week, and just wanted to say how awesome it was to work with true homes. Arielle and Nicole were amazing from the start! They were incredibly knowledgeable and always answering mine and my husband’s 50 million questions so quickly. This is our last home for a long longgg time and Arielle helped us customize the perfect floor plan for our family. Honestly everyone we worked with was fantastic from the sales advisors, design studio, warranty, and our amazing builder Rolin! This wasn’t our first new construction home we've had, but definitely our favorite to work with!
