Very poor customer service and the staff is unprofessional. Maintenance will enter your apartment without notice. Very unorganized, management does not communicate with tenants about work orders for maintenance. Office hours are inconsistent and they will not reach back out to you.

I rented out a unit a year ago, while my time here was short lived (for personal reasons, nothing to do with this property.) I enjoyed my time here. The staff was understanding and caring when it came time to break my lease. I had no issues, I never saw pests, it was a quiet neighborhood (except for the construction of the ABC store and traffic, but it should be excepted when you are renting out a property that is in front of a busy highway. Communication was fast and easy. For the most part, it was ideal especially for those who seek a quiet community to live in. As long as you follow all the rules that are on your lease, you won't have any issues. You usually don't see good reviews because people have things to say when they're not satisfied. I’ve been living here for almost two months now, and I really can’t complain. The staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is quite peaceful, for neighbors often smile and greet you. The neighborhood is also well kept, free of debris. Traffic is minimum to moderate, depending on the time of your commute. Lots of great shopping options and eateries close by for convenience. Yes, the walls are somewhat thin. I live on the bottom floor, so I’ll hear an occasional bump in the night but nothing worth pulling my hair out over. Overall, it’s quiet and a nice place to live.

Very nice Apartments! Built quick so they are a few squeaks! The office is only open two days a week! Down fall is you can't back in the parking space an you have to have a parking permit, or you get ticked or towed! You can hear through the walls!!! So no privacy an you can hear when your neighbor flush the toilet!!!! Can't be late on rent, it's due on the first have till the 5th or they send a notice! Traffic is manageable! But better leave early if you gotta be to work before 5am.. If you want to apply do so in person! Make sure you check unit for any problems before move in!! Other than that very nice apartments!!

I called to get some information. A very Rude woman name Latasha in the office . People don’t want to do their jobs they just want a check . No customer service these days .
