Waterfront Place Apartments

What a smooth operating and friendly environment. Way to go- Kaela, Jackie, and Javier for making a great impression by not only introductions, but in handling resident requests that came by in an expedient and friendly way whilst assisting me too. Thanks- Update still love the spot but LAZ Parking has got to go. The cost for them to drive by every few days does nothing to enhance resident and guest satisfaction and is ultimately the largest detracting factor of these apartments and the Port of Everett in whole. I’ve lived at Waterfront Place for about two years and there are MANY things I enjoy about living here. The location is excellent, with great walkability to restaurants and the waterfront. The building and apartment are maintained, the amenities are nice, and the resident events are generally a great way to build community. I've also found great ease in putting maintenance requests in and getting them resolved quickly. I really do love coming home here. That said, my experience with the leasing office has been mixed. On multiple occasions, I’ve observed interactions from Kim Sparks that felt uncomfortable and inappropriate in shared resident spaces. During a monthly birthday celebration in the lobby, Kim commented that the display looked “Walmart” and needed to look “Nordstrom.” While the

I moved out in March after living here just shy of two years, so here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly (let’s be honest, there is no ugly…it’s too beautiful!). Long story short - No place is perfect, but I would 100% still live here if I didn’t have to move across the country. I lived in the south building (The Carling), so some things may be different from the north. The biggest difference is that most of the amenities and resident events are in the north building. While I enjoyed the quiet of the south building, some people might feel out of the loop or neglected and prefer the north. The Good: Obviously the views! This place has the market cornered right now if you want to be ON the Waterfront. The rooftop views are unbeatable, and the views from the second floor lounge are beautiful

The People, this apartment, can't say enough good things. I called and Charles answered the call and helped me with so much information over the phone just to start. He was so kind and genuine, also very patient with my million questions. He got my Husband and I all set up very quickly for a tour, then of course once seeing this great apartment with it's amazing location, Charles helped us proceed with all things necessary for application and move in. He was Terrific. Can't say enough good things about him and his co workers. We've been living here a few months and loving every moment. Will say also the Waterfront Apartments are very kid friendly with all sorts of amenities and things to do and nearby to many restaurants and parks. Don't hesitate.

We were one of the lucky ones to have our 4th floor patios redone! It was quite an expense for Green Leaf , we know, but the vegetation was unmanageable. We thank Green Leaf for doing it. The company hired did an EXcellent job too...it was hard work. Thank you Green Leaf, mgr Kim, & her staff!!
