Waterford Woods

I love Waterford Woods! Jessica was so helpful during my application process and always attentive when I had questions - I had quite a few! Outside of loving the property and area, I value feeling like a part of the community and Jessica made that happen.

Poor construction, lazy maintenance team if you dont have a back bone they won't come out and fix even major issues in a timely manor. Management does not enforce rules of the lease. They're friendly when your looking, as soon as you sign you can never get a hold of them. Over priced for "luxury" living. Trash is over flowing constantly, and some tenants use the entire grounds as their personal trash can. The day i moved in they didnt go before hand to check if the apartment was good, so the entire floor was warped, did not "fix" in a timely manor. I say "fix" because even when they were done the floor was still warped. Scheduling and management is poor and lazy. My move in inspection was the day I moved in instead of a day or two prior. But on a positive note, the water heats up fast.

Been here for two years, just renewed with a third. Haven't had any issues since we moved in, location is great and Jessica is helpful whenever we need anything and always gets back to us same-day. Highly recommend!

Waterford Woods is a wonderful place to live. Jessica is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Prices are competitive for the area, but what you will receive, I consider it very reasonable. Some amentities that you get are granite countertops, washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Waterford Woods allows animals and there are multiple dog parks for your dog(s) You are close to all things. The two main warehouse stores are 10 to 15 minutes away. Grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away. Target is 10 minutes away. Downtown New London is a 5 minute drive. There is a lot to do in New London. For the price you get a lot. I have lived here for about a year, and I really like the apartment that I move into. Look into Waterford Woods you will not be disappointed. .
