Waterford Parc

I lived here for 1.5 years since the building opened and I've enjoyed my experience here. The apartments are modern and clean especially compared to other older places in the area. The large kitchen island is really nice for cooking, and the outdoor grills and firepit is nice for having friends over. I didn't have many maintenance problems. Sue always responded and helped me with problems when I emailed her too. It was nice to have a place I was comfortable coming back to. Only leaving because I'm moving to another state.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and moved in when the property had just been built. It has been everything we wanted in a place to live and more-and especially a God send of an apartment complex after our experience at a different one in the area. The property is very safe with digital locking doors and is central to many grocery stores (Stop and Shop and Aldi), downtown New London, and very close to beautiful parks like Harkness Memorial State Park. The amenities the property provides are nice and modern, including a small gym, fire pits, grills, and a dog park. Management is very prompt in taking care of issues and sends frequent e-mails to set expectations and notify tenants of any maintenance work being done well in advance. I would say the only downside to this apart

We haven’t been here too long but absolutely LOVE it. Jessica was so easy to work with - we signed and did everything from a couple of states away. The complex is very clean and everyone has been so friendly! Super happy we came here

Nice apartment complex with a gym, Game Center, dog park and plenty of parking. Love that the unit faces the woods, super peaceful!

They definitely need another dumpster at the other end of the complex over by the dog park. This is unacceptable for the rent they charge.
