My home was built in 2019 and it failed multiple inspections…still don’t have a CO. Eventually he got back in touch with me last year to fix the issues to pass my blower test and since that was done he’s been MIA. I still have many issues in my house since I moved in that were never fixed—broken staircase railing, front door step sinking, electrical issues, back slider door doesn’t close, fireplace doesn’t work… I could go on. I can’t access my bank funds until I get my CO so this is a huge issue!
Took over a year to “build” my parents’ prefabricated house. They house ended up failing inspection and they couldn’t get a CO. Contractor/owner refused to do any repairs need to live in house. My parents are now paying mortgage on a non livable house. Terrible company. Do not hire.
have been looking for him to pay his bill for 2 years. previously fine customer till he doesn't need you anymore.
This company fails to finish what is expected of them and leaves you with no CO. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEN FIX IT. YOU BUILT IT.
