Waterford Park Apartments

Doesn’t seem to be a bad place. Ladies at the front are very helpful, Shayla was great! The only reason why I’m giving 2 starts is due to the following: Prior moving in; fridge was infested with dead fruit flies and maggots, Stove wasn’t working, AC wasn’t working, Sink disposal not working, washer and dryer closet was disgusting. I thank the old maintenance man for fixing the issues. Wasn’t too happy about moving to something that wasn’t fully ready, yet they expect the money right away. The manager should view these apartments before putting them for rent.. I hope this place does my family and I good. Please don’t disappoint us more, will update this review soon.

I just moved into these apartments. I’ve been here 4 days. The office staff is very kind and professional. Very responsive. I really like my apartment. There were some items that needed to be fixed and replaced when I moved in. Not sure why not noticed prior to move in. Cleaning wasn’t what I expected. It looked as though the appliances were just wiped down. The stove is horrible. I’m going to have to put some elbow grease to conquer that one. I literally cried thinking that I made the wrong decision. I just pray that this community, property stands up to what they advertise. I feel that when you move, if it’s to an apartment, house or any property, it should be cleaned as if it was brand new. I can’t live in someone else’s grease splattered filthiness. Shayla Climax (The Rental Property Representative) provided excellent support during my move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. She were professional, attentive, and quick to address all of my questions and concerns, ensuring that I understood the lease terms and property guidelines. Their thorough walkthrough of the unit helped me feel confident about the condition of the property, and they made sure any minor issues were noted and addressed right away. Her friendly and helpful attitude made the transition into my new home a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the great work she put into assisting me. She deserves a wonderful Bonus at the least and hopeful she'll get a raise because of her service, she gets a 5 star rating from me.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The management is letting the buildings literally FALL APART. The buildings are so bad that my door knobs keep breaking because the door frames are warped ( AND CONTINUING TO SHIFT). My windows don't close, and now I have to use a screwdriver and pliers to get in my apartment and CLIMB OUT MY SECOND FLOOR BALCONY to get out with the door still "secure." Management tries to use "resident game nights," or other activities to misdirect you from the cat colonies, raccoon infestation, and junkyard of cars. And they have the AUDACITY to ask residents to VOLUNTEER to run a trunk or treat and/or donate candy. HOW ABOUT YOU FIX MY APARTMENT INSTEAD OF ASKING ME FOR HANDOUTS! HOW ABOUT I BE ABLE TO CLOSE MY FRONT DOOR WITHOUT TOOLS AND PARKOUR! YOU KNOW, THE BARE MINIMUM.

The new management is definitely working hard to improve the complex. We have had some issues but the office management has been helpful in getting the issues fixed for us, and I can definitely tell that they are working hard to improve the complex for all of the residents.
