Working with the M/I Homes sales group at Paloma Park was the most stress free way of purchasing a home ever. Our experience with MI Homes started off frustrating due to the sales process. The sales representative, Marta Rodriguez, made several promises—on multiple occasions—that were later rescinded or that she didn’t actually have the authority to approve. It felt misleading, and had it not been for our amazing realtor, who documented everything and fought hard on our behalf, we absolutely would have walked away from the deal. If you’re considering MI Homes, make sure you have a strong realtor who will advocate for you and ensure every agreement is in writing before signing. Thankfully, once we transitioned to the construction phase, things improved dramatically. The family stopped by this builder to view some homes. Marta was on-site and she showed us around. She was super nice and very descriptive on the different homes and packages. We went with a different builder just because we wanted close amenities for our daughter. I do think this would be a smart buy for anybody.

My experience with Paloma Park has been Wonderful, Ray Anderson our sales representative and tour guide was very helpful and instrumental and us making a decision I would like to thank him and the site Construction supervisor, Tony for a job well done. Two thumbs up.
