An amazing home builder and was a big selection of options for customizing and got our house built in three months and have amazing prices

This is the moment where I need a zero star review. Worst experience obviously. I can’t explain how much this has affected us as a family but to make this short they took our money. They will drag on the process until they get their way. They lied saying we were conditionally approved but then they said we need more and more documents to provide proof that I was using my credit card. Makes no sense. They will drain you until you can’t take it no more. I highly advise you stay away from KB homes own loan process. Get your own bank.

Working with Sandy and Lamonte at Knox Ridge was awesome. Checked into multiple KB neighborhoods and decided to pick a lot at this great location. We are first time homebuyers and could not be more pleased with how easy this process went and there was no pressure from Sandy and Lamonte. We were able to view multiple homes and lots before applying and entering the mortgage process. This made us very comfortable during the initial process and ultimately led to us choosing a KB home. We look forward to having our home built over the next 6 months! Super pumped!

This team told us we were good to go for our home-build after we applied the required earnest money and received approval from our lender for a new build. But we noticed our site was not reserved, so we started asking questions, and they never got back with us. We reached out; our realtor reached out. But the sales agents did not respond to our consistent messages and questions. About three weeks after they told us we were good to go, somehow I found out that KB needed a different kind of approval from our lender. (It was mostly a logistical hurdle about verbiage, etc.) So within one business day, we provided what our lender required to obtain the approval KB needed, and our lender made it happen very quickly so we could have the correct paperwork in hand that KB required.
