Lennar at Paloma

Not going to lie. These houses are very poorly built. We sold our Bella Vista home and rented one of these homes temporarily for a few months till we move to Arizona. These houses lack minor things such as a doorbell! I am glad that we are only renting because being a home owner in one of these houses would be bad. Also the neighborhood he is very sketchy. The neighborhood watch page always has something going on. Whether it be an employee from this company taking stuff from peoples vehicles which is on many ring doorbells or just random gunshots all the time. They have a back entrance that you can get to 1604 quicker, BUT, the employees always find a way to block it for no reason with machinery or big rocks. *please before you rush to get a house or rent. My husband and I looked into reviews regarding the builder, we were a little nervous about the purchase after reading some bad reviews. However, we had a great experience and thought we’d share. Olga (sales rep) was very honest with us about the home and the community amenities (HOA) and addressed any of our concerns, very responsive even on her days off. After closing, there were few mishaps, no hot water, caulking on floor separated, fridge water and ice dispenser, however Eric (Lennar site PM) was very responsive and assist with fixing these issues rights way. The contract plumber came out same day while moving in and painters were set over to fix floor. We love our new Lennar home.

So glad I found a better/bigger home at the same price for one of there small 3bdr 2 bath houses with a "one car driveway" and no garage. My favorite part was being shown homes while waiting for the finance department to go over my paperwork just to be told I couldn't get a house from them in the worst way ever. The words used were "It must suck looking at things you can't have. Sorry but we can't help you".

The Bradwell Showhouse was very nice but had some strange building things. The master bathroom shower was horribly disigned. There was no bathtub either????wondered about that idea. I did ask if you could change somethings to the home?..No they were manufactured homes. "NO" changes. The price for that floor plan $250+ Richard was very knowledgeable about the Lennar homes. That subdivision project will have over a 1000's houses ....The recreation area was way to small for a thousand home subdivision. "NO" swimming pool!!!! Too many issues for me.

The consultant I spoke with is Emmanuel. Awesome guy! Great attitude and is attentive to what you want and are looking for. Broke down cost and areas of interest. Even showed me other Lennar houses outside the Paloma. Emmanuel went out of his way to help me in search for a home for my family. 10 stars isn’t enough for his help.
