Waterford Manors

tl;dr - We had horrible neighbors and didn't have working AC while we lived there. Waterford Manors failed to help us in either regard, and then sent us to collections for fees they never contacted us about. My family had the extreme misfortune of living at this apartment complex for about a year. We moved in in August of 2024, but the problems did not really begin until March of 2025, when our daughter was born. First was the cigarette smoke. One of our neighbors was smoking indoors in our non-smoking apartment. This was especially concerning because, we had just brought home a newborn. It took about a couple of weeks of calling the office about it, but eventually the cigarette smell stopped coming into the apartment. In May, they started waking us up between 2 and 4 am with their fight

What an awful experience. One of the most rude staff members/ leasing agents I have ever encountered during my search. I arrived 5 min late to my scheduled guided tour, at 3:20 instead of 3:15 as there office was particularly hard to find. The leasing agent completely ignored me and walked past me to tour with someone else. The manager was on the phone in her office, and she saw me enter but failed to acknowledge or gesture something to me about waiting which is fine. She then shut the office door while I was still waiting. After being on the phone for 10 min she walks out again refusing to acknowledge me and starts talking to someone else waiting on the couch. I finally wait for my turn to ask her when my guided tour will take place. She very rudely responded saying I’m sorry I’m dealing

This place was awful to live at. There was one neighbor guy that drives a silver car around and man if he didn’t get his parking spot he’d raise he’ll go to the office and he even got his own handicap sign when he showed no signs of being handicapped. He was really rude. Would yell at the neighbors and cuss at them and the apartment let him resign a lease. Didn’t care about any of the neighbors. Yeah if you have an abusive neighbor. Good luck.

Love living here..Raised my two boys here, friendly,safe,and very convenient for shopping and for the schools. Pets are welcome and maintenance is amazing. The space and environment is perfect… love coming home!!! Rent is perfect…you get a pool, weight room, pool table, summertime family party, quiet neighborhood, parking is convenient, parks with wooded area with deer, next to a great neighborhood. I love it here!!! I’ve returned and management is amazing!!!

Move in was VERY efficient and easy. Abby had my folder ready and recognized me as I walked through the door. I was in my apartment within 5 minutes of sitting down to talk with the office staff.
