Cherry Creek Apartments

Cherry Creek has a prime location, spacious units, quiet scenery, and supportive office staff. The prices are on par with the market, and the leasing manager Atheyda is experienced supportive and very informative. The grounds are well maintained the units are well cared for. This property is definitely worth touring if you are looking in the Manchester area.

I have been living here for long time, and I would say it has been a very good experience. It is a very nice neighborhood, as I always say. At the same time, the staff in the office are very kind and helpful. Whenever something needs maintenance, they take care of it quickly. If we face any issues, they respond and handle them properly. There is also a small swimming pool, which is better than nothing. It would be even better if there were a gym like in other apartment complexes. I think that would be a nice addition. However, since it is 2min drive to Crunch fitness, that means is okay.

Atheyda was super helpful and knowledgeable! They showed me a couple of great options for units that fit my needs and answered all my questions with ease and professionalism. I also noticed that they were kind and friendly to the residents who passed through. It was clear that Atheyda’s presence is a treat to this community!

Although I ended up not moving into Cherry Creek Apartments due to unforeseen circumstances, I must say that my tour with Atheyda Walker went great. She was accommodating in getting me seen and approved especially under such short notice. I would advise anyone to give the property a chance.

I have lived here close to 6 months. i was going through a divorce so was having some anxiety about that. For 1 these places are beautiful inside and out. Amber, Dylan , Dexter are the sweetest and most welcoming office staff. The way Amber made me feel so at home on my walk thru and through the app process was amazing. I had a maintenance request and they did everything to get taken care promptly. It”s a quiet place and very secluded. It’s always clean and i love to sit out on my deck and enjoy the peaceful scenery. if you are looking for a place to live that is quiet, and respectful with amazing office staff who are there 7 days a week. Then this is the place. Definitely a safe place. I glad i found my long term place.
