Not the best place to live, but also not the worst. When we first moved in, the cabinets had mouse droppings in them and some of the kitchen drawers still had items left behind from the previous tenants. The master bedroom window had water damage because it wasn’t properly sealed. This caused mold to grow along the window sill and wall, and it kept coming back no matter how often we cleaned it. I submitted at least seven maintenance tickets asking them to fix the window since it was a health concern. Maintenance kept coming out and simply caulking the window, which actually made things worse. The caulk would run down the window due to condensation and created an even bigger mess. I explained multiple times to the leasing office that this was a health hazard, especially since my bed was aga

Been here almost 4 years now. I've had no issues with office or the maintenance staff. Always respond in timely manner always polite. Maintenance might take k e a day or so but always show and ate quick and polite. I had a leak in 2 bedroom from 3 rd floor apartment that they have tried to fix... just need to replace the ceiling but it's not an urgent thing. I love my location backs to woods see alot of wildlife. Neighborhood and neighbors are nice.. It works well for me.

My primary issue, the maintenance team is an absolute joke. They didn’t let me view the actual unit I was going to rent. In fact, no matter what the layout is of the unit you’re goin to rent is, you only get to see a very souped up 2 bed 1 bath unit. Because of that, you don’t get to see your unit until you walk into it after you’ve already signed the lease and been given the keys. My unit came with a washer/dryer unit pre-installed. The dryer didn’t work properly from the point where I moved in. I put in a maintenance request, it was briefly looked at, something was changed, they said “that should do it!” and guess what! It didn’t “do it”! So back to maintenance requests. Literally for 2 months, I’d end up with damp cloths after doing a load of jeans. So it doesn’t work great but at least

Moved in in August and we have had nothing but problems since day one. She we moved in there was so much mold it was hard to breath. I had to beg the office to do something about it. After about two months they fixed that. The apartment is non smoking it still to this day smells strongly of cigarettes. When we moved in there was blood on the bathroom walls. It was obvious nothing was cleaned from the prior tenant. The toilet leaked into the floor and there’s definitely water damage but they refuse to even look at it. Our dryer does not exhaust outside. It is a fire concern they have sent out 2 people for the concern and nothing was fixed. It just needs to be snaked out. Our door for outside storage still doesn’t close right my stove only has one working burner, and tickets I opened but oth

Don’t get me wrong, I love my space. Very spacious, backed up to the woods for a nice view (better than a parking lot), quiet neighborhood. However. I have lived here for about a month it has been a nightmare. I have been nice about it all until today. I have yet to see my air conditioner work since moving in, and still have yet to have a key to my own mailbox (withholding mail is a federal offense might I remind you). It is clear that they filled it with freon before I toured so I would sign the lease. AC stopped working not even 2 days after I moved in. Called the front office and had a maintenance request put in. After calling 2 days later (90° outside, apartment was 79° and rising), they came out and put in a portable air conditioner. That was enough to cool my bedroom but doesn’t do
