Forest Lake Apartments

I’ve lived at Forest Lake for 2 years now and loved it! Rick in the front office is amazing and will always work with you with anything you need. He made living here a dream! Maintenance is also always very quick, I’ll put in a maintenance request in the evening and they’ll be there the next morning to fix whatever needs fixing. The units are nice, mine has the wood vinyl flooring, the living room is spacious and the master bedroom is HUGE. The pool is always very clean and quiet as well. Overall I’ve had a great experience

From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by the overpowering smell of mold lurking in every corner. Despite numerous complaints, the management's solution to this health hazard was simply to slap on some paint and call it a day. But the mold was just the beginning of the nightmare. Every time I reported a maintenance issue, instead of fixing it properly, they opted for quick bandage fixes that only exacerbated the problem. I would strongly advise against renting from this apartment complex. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, their leasing office staff promised me a pristine apartment, but upon move-in, I quickly discovered numerous issues that had been conveniently overlooked. The apartment reeked of mildew and dampness, and it became apparent that mold was a pervasive problem throughout the unit. Despite assurances that it would be resolved promptly, the mold issue persisted and even worsened over time. Maintenance requests were routinely delayed or ignored altogether. I've been at Forest Lake for coming up to 6 months now and I am very happy with my apartment. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Management are really friendly and always there to help. Maintenance is always available and always around making improvements. With the current situation they have been proactive and always thinking about residents safety. The location is perfect and its really quiet! The only improvement I can think of to make living here better would be to fix up the play area.

I love my apartment so much. My place is so spacious and roomy, it really feels like home. It's a complete day and night difference from my old place in a nearby complex. Becky and the staff here at Forest Lake are amazing, understanding and helpful. Becky, the leasing agent is so easy to talk to and accommodating. Paul from maintenance, is so sweet and very fast when it comes to maintenance calls. The team works hard to keep the grounds clean and groomed. I haven't had one single issue since moving in over a year ago. If I could, I'd live here forever!
